[Masters of Carpentry] Dennis Etchison's Halloween 4

JD and I dig into several drafts of an early, unmade version of Halloween 4, when John Carpenter and Deborah Hill were still producing, Joe Dante was in talks to direct, and noted author Dennis Etchison was behind the wheels for an oddball story about resurrections, rebelling teenagers, parents who just won't understand, and a 20-foot tall Michael Myers crashing the drive in.
